If it makes sense to work together, we quote a fixed price. If it doesn’t, we say so. Either way you keep the audit.

The Questions People Ask Before Getting In Touch
Yes, genuinely. We look at your site, check where you stand against your competitors, and tell you what we find. There is no charge and no catch.
We do it because it is also how we work out whether we can actually help you. If the honest answer is that your site is fine and your problem is something else, we would rather find that out before either of us wastes time.
No. We will reply to what you sent, and if you do not respond we leave it there.
You will not be added to a mailing list, called repeatedly, or passed to somebody whose job is to close you. If that sounds like a low bar, it is — and it is still not how most of this industry operates.
Often that is the right answer, and we will say so. If your site is structurally sound and the real problem is speed, content, or search visibility, a rebuild is wasted money.
The audit tells us which situation you are in. We will give you the honest answer even when it is the cheaper one.
We take a 50% deposit before work begins and the balance before the site goes live. The number we quote after the audit is the number you pay — it does not move.
You own the finished site outright: hosting, domain, and every login in your name. Nothing is held over you.
Most builds run three to six weeks from approved design to launch. Content is usually what decides the pace.
Your existing site stays live and untouched throughout — we build on staging and only switch over once you have approved it.
We are based in the Sugar Land and Missouri City area and work across the greater Houston metro. If you are nearby, meeting in person is easy and we are happy to.
Further out is fine too. Plenty of the work happens over the phone and email regardless of distance.
