I have been building and optimising websites for Texas businesses since 2001. Long enough to have watched several waves of web design fashion come and go, and long enough to know which parts actually matter to a business trying to get the phone to ring.

When you call 713-208-8324, you reach me. Not a salesperson working from a script, not an account manager who will be replaced next quarter. The person who answers is the person who understands your site.

That is not a marketing position, it is just how we work. It also means we take on fewer clients than a larger agency would, and keep them longer. Our oldest client relationship started in 2007 and is still going.

I like making websites. That is genuinely most of it. The businesses I work with are contractors, medical practices, retailers, and trades — people who do real work and need a website that pulls its weight rather than sits there looking decorative.

BEFORE WE START

A Few Things You Should Know About Us

We will tell you when you do not need us. If your site is structurally fine and the real problem is content or search visibility, a rebuild is wasted money and we will say so.
You own everything from day one. Hosting, domain, and every login in your name. If you ever want to leave, the site goes with you and any competent developer can pick it up.
No long-term contracts. Stay because the work is producing something, not because you are locked in.
Fixed prices, agreed before we start. Half up front, the balance before launch. The number does not move.
We do not sell what will not help. If a service would not move the needle for your business, we would rather not take the money.
Plain language, always. If you do not understand what you are paying for, we have not explained it properly.

What We Ask of You

Most agencies never mention this part, which is why so many website projects stall halfway through and end badly for both sides. A build is a two-way job. Here is what we need from you for it to go well.

Answer us. The single biggest cause of a delayed website is waiting on the client. A few days is fine. Three weeks of silence turns a six-week build into a six-month one.
Give us real material. Photos of your crew, your trucks, your finished jobs. Stock imagery is obvious and it costs you customers. Phone photos are fine — authentic beats polished.
Be honest about what you want. More calls? Bigger jobs? Commercial work instead of residential? We build differently depending on the answer, and guessing helps nobody.
One decision maker. Feedback from four people who disagree with each other is how projects die. Pick who signs off.
Pay on the agreed terms. Half up front, balance at launch. We are upfront about it so nobody is surprised, and it keeps the relationship straightforward.
Keep your own logins. We will hand you everything. Store it somewhere you can find it. Losing access to your own domain is a genuinely painful problem to fix later.

None of that is onerous. It is just what a good working relationship looks like, and saying it out loud at the start saves a lot of frustration later.

WHAT WE DO

Web Design First, Search Second

Our main business is building websites. Custom WordPress sites for service businesses, built mobile-first and optimised for search before a single line of content goes in. One project, one price, and you own it at the end.

Search engine optimization comes second, and deliberately so. Every site we build includes the on-page fundamentals as standard rather than as an upsell. Ongoing search work is a separate decision you make later, once there is something worth promoting and real numbers to judge it by.

We are honest about what that involves: search work does not finish. Competitors keep publishing and rankings do not hold themselves in place. But the test is simple — while it brings in more than it costs, keep it, and when it stops doing that, stop. We will raise it before you have to.
